NURTURE YOUR SOUL, MIND & BODY WITH YOGA AND FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY TO SUPPORT PERIMENOPAUSE, MENOPAUSE AND HORMONAL HEALTH
This retreat is dedicated entirely to relaxation and hormonal health. Our supportive and calming space will allow you to completely let go and deeply relax.
We will start the day with a gorgeous yoga flow incorporating asana and breathwork to support hormonal health.
We will then be guided mindfully through facial reflexology sequences supporting sleep, mood, energy levels, hot flushes and bloating imbalances. These gentle yet powerful facial reflexology skills can be used as a nourishing and restorative self-care practice or can be used on your family and loved ones.
We will finish the session with a soothing and relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep!) session to help you float on to the rest of your day!
At the end of your Women's Spring Wellness mini retreat you will also receive a step by step facial reflexology guide so you can continue to practice at home as well as lots of inspiration and material to take away with you!
