A dreamy, nourishing, slow Luna yoga flow surrounding by candles, twinkly lights and aromatherapy, followed by a guided relaxation, a cuppa and some yummy food.
@emsbeautybox_emmasmy (Reiki Master and Sound Therapist) will be providing us with reiki as a group, with everyone receiving some hands-on treatment, with the extra addition of some wonderful sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to aid you into a deeper state of relaxation and healing journey.
