This mini retreat is dedicated entirely to relaxation. Our cosy and warm space will allow you to completely let go and deeply relax.
We will start the day with a gorgeous Luna Yoga flow followed by a yummy, nourishing brunch
We will then be guided mindfully through facial reflexology sequences to help lower stress and anxiety, promote a healthy sleep pattern and balance our hormones. These gentle yet powerful facial reflexology skills can be used as a nourishing self-care practice with the unique extra benefit of promoting healthy, radiant, glowing skin.
We will finish the session with a soothing and relaxing Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep!) session to help you float on to the rest of your day.
At the end of your Women's Winter Wellness mini retreat you will also receive a step by step facial reflexology guide so you can continue to practice at home as well as lots of inspiration and material to take home!
