8 Limbs Of Yoga - What Is Samadhi?

Patanjali describes the eighth and final limb of yoga, Samadhi, as a state of ecstasy. At this point, the meditator discovers a profound connection to the Divine, an interconnectedness with all living things and becomes one with the Universe.

Essentially, Samadhi is the completion of the yogic path and is what we, as human beings, are aspiring to - peace, joy and bliss. Samadhi can be achieved by continous devotion to our practice. And boy, what an aspiration to have πŸ₯°
